Well there are some websites that are quite annoying because the text is sometimes is super imposed or at times the menus are flying on the text area, this causes the visitors to close the sites altogether.

The site should be easy for navigation for visitors. Good by look and feel and also able to sell services.
I think web site must be like that first site good impressions... so when visitor come to your site than he might to think give on feedback to that... And showing interest in it.....
