I'd just look for forums with small online business owners like this one.

Type stuff like "webmaster forums" in Google and you'll see a few on page one

One tip would be to set up a site with your work on it and link to it.

While I see you offer content writing, I don't see samples, which means I wouldn't contact you if I needed something. Many people are like this, so you could be losing potential business.
